The Managing Director (MD) is responsible for the overall strategic leadership, growth, and operational performance of the company. This role combines deep understanding of the sports ecosystem with strong commercial, technological, and people leadership to scale innovative sports tech products and services globally.
The MD will drive vision, revenue growth, partnerships, and execution across product development, sales, marketing, and operations while ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
Responsibilities
1. Set and execute company strategy in the sports tech market
2. Drive revenue growth, partnerships, and market expansion
3. Oversee product, technology, and go-to-market execution with CTO
4. Lead senior teams and build a high-performance culture
5. Manage P&L and report to the Board/investors
