We have partnered with a highly successful, international business based on the Essex/Herts border who are seeking to recruit a Finance Manager on a full time, permanent basis to head up one of their accounting entities. You will be reporting into the Group Head of Finance, carrying out a wide range of responsibilities whilst managing a small team (part qualified/studiers).

Responsibilities:
As a Finance Manager you will be responsible for:
* Inspire and lead the team to deliver high performance, while fostering employee engagement, development, and succession planning
* Manage stakeholder expectations and drive the identification and implementation of process improvements
* Direct the preparation and submission of the annual balance sheet budget, while contributing to the profit and loss budgeting process
* Lead the team to ensure timely completion of monthly management accounts, financial reports, and related deliverables
* Oversee the preparation of statutory financial statements
* Ensure full compliance with all tax obligations
* Manage the review and prompt submission of the weekly cash flow forecast
* Support external auditors during both interim and year-end audit processes
* Hold overall accountability for assets under construction
Requirements:
As a Finance Manager you will need:
* ACCA, CIMA OR ACA Qualified
* 5+ years finance experience
* Prior experience of working in a large company
* ERP system experience
