We are on the lookout for a Housing Support Worker for an incredible housing charity in the RCT / Pontypridd area.
What will you get?

* £25,877 pro rata for full time 37 hours
* 24 hours per week (pro rata salary)
* 2 x 6 hours days
* 1 x 12 hour night
* Between Monday and Sunday
* Equivalent to £13.45 per hour

What will you do?
* The role of the Support Worker is to assist single women with complex issues.
* You will be involved in the day to day support of service users.
* This is a women's service in the RCT area, focused on housing support.
* The service is funded by the Wales Housing Support Grant (HSG).
* You will carry a caseload of service users / clients.
* Undertake safety planning (MARF, SEREF, MARAC).
* Complete needs and risk assessments.
What do we need?
* Someone with excellent experience gained within the housing sector (charity, local authority etc.).
* A great support worker.
* A good understanding of Health and Safety and safeguarding processes.
* Drivers licence with access to your own car.
* Good knowledge of the services and organisations across the local area.
* Able to manage a caseload.
* A DBS on the update service or able to complete a new enhanced DBS check.
