Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Home Manager for a reputable small care home provider in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will possess strong home management experience and have a thorough understanding of the Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations. As a Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and service are provided to residents. Your excellent people skills will aid in managing staff effectively and maintaining good relationships with residents and their families.
