The First Federation Trust, a Multi Academy Trust of 29 primary schools across Devon, West Dorset & Plymouth, is looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant, Mealtime Assistant and After School Club Worker to join the hard-working and friendly team at St Andrew's Chardstock Primary Academy.

We are looking for a warm and caring individual to assist our staff team in providing the highest level of care for the safety and wellbeing of children. You are required to be an enthusiastic, flexible and highly motivated individual to work alongside class teachers across all areas of the curriculum.
• To deliver targeted interventions.
• To promote inclusion through the development of social skills, language and emotional well-being.
• To work under the direction of the head of school and class teachers to demonstrate high levels of progress and development for pupils.
• You will be expected to show a high degree of initiative and be able to react to given situations with integrity and compassion.
• To nurture positive relationships with staff, pupils, families and whilst working with other professionals.
The positions available are:
- Mealtime Assistant: hours per week Monday to Friday - (£4,147 pa actual)
- After School Club Worker: 6 hours per week - Monday, Wednesday & Thursday - (£3,370 pa actual)
- Teaching Assistant: 11 hours per week - hours to be discussed at interview (£6,178 pa actual)
Term time only (38 weeks per year)
