Your new role
As a VAT Advisory Manager or Associate Director, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering strategic VAT advice to a diverse client base. You’ll lead high-value projects, shape client strategy, and drive business growth — all while mentoring a talented team and collaborating across the national and international network.What you’ll be doing:
1. Leading end-to-end delivery ofplex advisory projects.
2. Managing a portfolio of clients with fullmercial oversight.
3. Proactive involvement in proposals, pitches, and relationship building.
4. Coaching and developing junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
5. Staying ahead of the curve on VAT legislation and market trends.
This role is based in the Midlands, with flexible hybrid working options.
