Job Description: Bathroom Fitter (Subcontractor – Price Work)
We are looking for skilled and reliable subcontractors to carry out bathroom refurbishments as part of ongoing void property renovations in North London. This is a price work role, paid per completed job with agreed rates upfront.
🔨 About the Role
You will handle full bathroom refurbishments in empty residential properties (voids). These tasks are part of larger renovation projects, requiring high-quality, efficient, and independent work.
This is a long-term opportunity for experienced fitters seeking consistent work in North London. Start date: ASAP.
📋 Key Responsibilities

Install bathrooms including plumbing, fitting toilets, basins, showers, tiling, flooring, and carpentry
*
Complete price work tasks independently and to agreed standards
*
Follow job specifications and drawings
*
Report any issues or material shortages promptly
*
Coordinate with other trades as needed
✅ Requirements
*
Proven bathroom refurbishment experience, ideally in void or social housing
*
Strong skills in plumbing, joinery, tiling, and fitting
*
Able to manage time and complete tasks with minimal supervision
*
Experience in price work, delivering quality within budget and timeframe
*
Own tools, transport, and valid liability insurance
*
Right to work in the UK
🎓 Certifications and Training
Mandatory:
CSCS Card (construction safety)
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Bathroom Installation, Plumbing, Carpentry or related field
Public Liability Insurance
Basic Health and Safety Training
Desirable:
Gas Safe Registration (if working with gas)
Water Regulations Certification (WRAS or equivalent)
First Aid at Work
Electrical Awareness Training
PASMA/IPAF Certification for access equipment
