Commercial and Partnership Specialist, High Wycombe
This role is based in Alzenau / Offenbach, Germany, with responsibilities including:
1. Identifying and evaluating potential partnership opportunities aligned with business objectives.
2. Developing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders such as brands, agencies, and strategic partners.
3. Negotiating and structuring partnership agreements to maximize mutual value.
4. Monitoring partnership performance to ensure KPIs and business goals are met.
5. Supporting the development of commercial strategies to boost revenue and brand growth.
6. Creating business cases and proposals for new partnerships.
7. Executing joint marketing initiatives, including events, content collaborations, and digital campaigns.
8. Maintaining brand consistency in all partnership communications.
9. Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities.
10. Analyzing data to measure partnership effectiveness and recommend improvements.
11. Managing relationships with existing partners for long-term collaboration.
12. Reporting on partnership performance, ROI, and insights.
Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years of experience in partnership development, commercial strategy, or marketing, preferably in Motorsport/Endurance.
* Degree (Bachelor or Master) in marketing or related fields.
* Fluent in English and French; additional European languages are a plus.
* Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
* Analytical skills with the ability to assess data and derive insights.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and graphic programs (Adobe).
* Reliable team player capable of working under pressure.
* Proven success in managing partnerships and deals.
* Occasional travel may be required.
