Sedgefield Community College is a highly successful 11-16 school located in County Durham. Our students join us from the village of Sedgefield and also many other local towns and villages in the area. The Year Manager is expected to manage aspects of student development, guidance and well-being including liaising with staff, students, parents and other external agencies. In addition, the post holder would be expected to closely monitor the progress of all students within the year group and be proactive in promoting the positive ethos of the college.
