Restaurant General Manager: Japanese Cuisine
A brand-new Japanese restaurant is opening in Central London, and we’re looking for a GM to take the lead. This role is about shaping the launch, building the team, and ensuring the service matches the quality of the food.
Responsibilities
* Full responsibility for the restaurant and bar, including P&L
* Recruiting and developing a large FOH and BOH team
* Driving standards, sales, and guest experience every day
* Working closely with chefs and bar team to keep the offer sharp and authentic
* Building the right systems and structure to make the operation smooth
* Leading from the front on the floor

* Strong on numbers, detail, and commercial results
* Confident leading and mentoring big teams
