Job Description:
The role is responsible for leading stages during the offnet access delivery cycle, including identifying partners, assessing access feasibility, delivery, account settlement, supplier management, and service experience improvement. The objective is to ensure timely, successful offnet quoting and delivery at optimal costs. This tactical role influences the operating plans based on business strategy, with a mid-term impact on overall business results.
Responsibilities:
* Identify national and regional access suppliers/partners and competition to deliver last mile delivery.
* Lead negotiations with potential access suppliers/partners on contractual capabilities.
* Maintain strong relationships with access suppliers to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
* Explore avenues for increasing business with key vendors through new portfolios and order types.
* Collaborate with product teams to develop new technology solutions with partners.
* Design effective offnet access solutions considering route maps, power and path diversity, tailored to local market considerations.
* Support sales and cross-functional teams with special requests such as pricing, non-standard offerings, and expedited delivery to enhance bid success rate.
* Finalize and renew vendor contracts for maintenance and installation of network components to ensure optimal operation.
* Conduct regular performance reviews with key suppliers covering pre-sales, delivery, and post-sales support.
* Assist in planning and providing inputs for jeopardy and contingency management to ensure timely delivery.
* Experience in telecommunications, especially managing Telco partners.
Desired Skill Sets:
* Strong understanding of global telecom networks and access technologies.
* Technical and commercial knowledge.
* Experience in large project planning and execution.
* Knowledge of the access supply chain market in the region.
* Understanding of the quote-to-cash process in telecom services, including pricing, SLA, legal, and commercial terms.
