Every day brings new challenges as you work with a supportive team to deliver outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
* Engage with customers in the field to raise awareness about binning wipes and the impact of flushable products on sewer networks.
* Provide practical, on-site advice and solutions related to sewer maintenance and pollution prevention.
* Travel across the North East to cover designated areas and respond to issues as required.
* Prioritise health and safety in all activities and collaborate with team members to maintain service resilience.

* Previous fieldwork or maintenance experience is helpful but not required; training will be provided.
* Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions; good physical fitness and resilience.
* A valid manual driving licence is required.
* Reliable, safety-conscious approach with a respectful and friendly manner when dealing with the public.
If you’re passionate about making a positive community impact and enjoy hands-on, customer-focused work, this role offers a meaningful opportunity.
