Insight Global is seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development Manager to join a global growth team and assist in leading the expansion of our market research solutions across key industries and regions. Key aspects of this role include:
Market & Opportunity Development
* Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities aligned with the clients global services and value propositions.
* Drive new logo acquisition across assigned territories using a consultative, solution-led sales approach.
* Generate opportunities both within and beyond the core industry through strategic prospecting and market outreach, Client Engagement & Relationship Management.
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of their business objectives, challenges, and decision-making processes.
* Act as a trusted advisor by positioning their offerings as strategic solutions rather than transactional services.
Pipeline & Revenue Ownership
* Own and manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and achievement of revenue targets and KPIs.
* Consistently build and maintain a healthy pipeline to meet quarterly and annual sales goals.
Sales Execution & Deal Closure
* Lead complex, high-value deal cycles across multiple stakeholders and geographies
* Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts in coordination with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business operations and compliance requirements.
* Successfully close new business and support smooth handover to delivery and account management teams.
Go-to-Market & Outreach Activities
* Execute structured outbound campaigns, including email, calling, and social selling, to support lead generation and opportunity conversion.
Brand Representation & Thought Leadership
* Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, webinars, and networking forums to strengthen brand presence and generate business leads.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Mobility
* Work cross-functionally with internal teams across regions to support global business objectives.
* Travel within the UK and internationally, as required, for client meetings, events, and business development activities.
