Dynamics 365 Developer – CE, Power Platform, Dataverse, Git, CI/CD - Global
Outstanding opportunity to join this global enterprise and famous brand within the ‘magic circle’ of the legal sector, working within their global IT & Power Platform division. We’re looking for an experienced D365 Developer with requirements capturing and coding skills to support the bespoke development and implementation of a major Customer Service, Field Service & Marketing solution associated with legal case management.
Required skills:
* Proven hands‑on experience as a Dynamics 365 Developer with strong proficiency in extending and customising Dynamics 365 CE/CRM inc. Dataverse
* Experience working with both technical and business stakeholders to capture requirements
* Solid knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, Liquid, and other relevant languages used in Dynamics development.
* Experience configuring and customising Dynamics 365 solutions.
* Strong background integrating Dynamics with external systems via APIs, web services, and middleware.
* Skilled in developing custom workflows, plugins, web resources, and reports.
* Experience with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages).
* Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
* Experience using version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
* A genuine interest in emerging technologies and industry trends.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast‑moving, dynamic environment.
* Proactive approach to self‑development and team collaboration.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
* Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail when debugging and resolving technical issues.
* Experience with Universal Resource Scheduling in Microsoft Dynamics Customer Service highly beneficial.
* Exposure to IntroHive contact‑mapping solutions highly beneficial.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Work closely with stakeholders and suppliers to manage and evolve the Dynamics 365 offering.
* Collaborate with functional consultants, Dev Leads, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into robust technical designs.
* Develop and customise solutions within Dynamics 365, including configuration, customisations, extensions, and integrations.
* Implement custom workflows, plugins, web resources, and other components to enhance platform functionality.
* Conduct unit testing, code reviews, and troubleshooting to ensure high‑quality, maintainable code.
* Support deployment activities, data migration, and system integration across Dynamics 365 projects.
* Promote continuous improvement of the Dynamics 365 capability and contribute to best‑practice development standards.
£65k-£75k + 10% bonus + benefits. 18-month fixed term contract. London (City) & 60% remote.
