Auction Trainee administrator/ data entry operator
We’re looking for a highly motivated Trainee Administrator/Data Entry Operator (Auctions) to support our fantastic Property Auction Department in Hammersmith, West London. As our Trainee Administrator (Auctions) you will take ownership of office administration /data accurately and efficiently and in a professional manner, within a fast paced environment.

Key responsibilities of our Trainee Administrator (Auctions) to include:
5. Redacting and uploading legal documents
6. Filing/scanning
7. Sending post
8. Administrative support to office compliance team/office managers
9. Taking calls and message taking
10. Typing and data entry
Skills and experience required to be our Administrator (Auctions)
11. Hard working school leaver welcome
12. Organised and able to prioritise workload in a fast paced environment
13. Keen interest in learning and keeping up to date with industry changes
14. Good verbal and written communication skills
15. IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
