Overview
29.6 hours per week. Fixed term up to 31 March 2027, requiring availability across four working days.
Responsibilities
* Support and inform strategic planning of new childcare facilities to meet local expansion requirements.
* Lead the planning, project management and delivery of new childcare capital schemes, ensuring they are efficient, effective and on schedule.
* Promote, administer and monitor small projects capital grants, with the aim of improving the quality of existing childcare facilities.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Skilled and passionate project manager with broad experience of capital programmes, both small and large.
* Strong understanding of the childcare sector, including delivery of capital grant schemes.
* Ability to greet customers in Welsh.
* Safe working practice: responsibility for protecting children, young people or adults at risk.
* Enhanced with Children’s Barred list criminal records check required.
* Valid driving licence required.
