Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, support and motivate a team to achieve daily operational targets.
* Manage staff across various shift patterns and rotas.
* Oversee warehousing and transport activities to ensure efficiency and compliance.
* Maintain high standards of Health & Safety and ensure company compliance policies are followed.
* Use Microsoft programs confidently for reporting, scheduling, and communication.
* Identify and resolve operational issues through proactive problem-solving.
* Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and other departments.
About You:
1. Proven supervisory or team leader experience.
2. Strong leadership and communication skills.
3. Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
4. Background in warehousing and transport operations.
5. Knowledge of Health & Safety and compliance processes.
