National Account Manager
This is an rare opportunity for an Area Sales Manager or Key Account Manager to join this global manufacturer and be trained to manage Key and National Accounts at head office level.
As a National Account Manager you will be managing a portfolio of construction trade and industrial accounts including trade distributors and a range of manufacturers at head office level.
You will be responsible for managing large, already existing distribution accounts and smaller key accounts within construction and manufacturing markets.
This is a worldwide, already established brand that manufactures products that have a wide range of applications across construction, industrial and manufacturing markets. They are growing their UK market share consistently and offer long-term career opportunities by real investment in your development – they will provide mentoring and support to help you grow.
What you will need:
* This will suit someone in an Area Sales or Key Account role looking for the next career step into a national position – they will give you full training.
* You could have been in a field sales role selling a construction product to merchants/distributors or an industrial product to manufacturers/distributors.
* A strong track record of driving sales growth through strategic prospecting and relationship building.
* Commercially astute with excellent negotiation skills and the ability to influence decision-makers.
* Organised, self-motivated and confident.
* Willingness to travel across the UK to meet customers and attend industry events.
* You will need to be living south of Birmingham and west of London.
Package: Up to £50,000 DOE, Bonus £12,000, EV Car and Charger, Company Pension Package, Private Healthcare
