Pinsent Masons is seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide exceptional desk-side customer service in our Belfast office. This role requires experience in customer-facing IT support and the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues, especially with Cisco devices and Windows operating systems. Candidates should demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and have a desire to further develop their technical skill set. This is a full-time on-site position, Monday to Friday, typically 9am to 5pm.
