About the Role:
Teleios Recruitment is working with a well-established organic meat producer looking for a skilled butcher. This role is unique because you’ll work across a wide range of meats including poultry, pork, beef, venison, and game, providing variety and skill development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Breaking down carcasses into primal and retail cuts across multiple species
* Preparing high-quality meat products
* Maintaining hygiene and food safety compliance
* Supporting packing and order fulfilment
* Minimising waste and maximising yield
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a butcher
* Strong knife skills and carcass knowledge
* Knowledge of food hygiene standards
* Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented
