This isnt just another technical role - its an opportunity to take ownership as a Lead Architect (AI/ML) in a strategic function. Youll be influencing product roadmaps, guiding engineering teams, and shaping how millions of customers interact with digital services through conversational AI.
What youll be doing: Lead the design and development of scalable, secure AI-powered solutions that enhance customer experiences.
Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and business leaders to deliver impactful products.
Shape technical strategy, selecting the right tools and platforms to drive value.
Guide architectural decision-making with a focus on performance, risk, and resiliency.
Champion best practices in solution design, governance, and ethical AI use.
What were looking for: Experience leading complex solution architecture for AI/ML initiatives, ideally in enterprise settings.
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Expertise in scalable cloud solutions, particularly AWS, and a solid grasp of containerisation/serverless design.
A background in financial services or payments is highly beneficial.
Proven ability to lead, influence, and mentor within cross-functional teams.
