About the role
As a Food Coordinator and Coach, you'll work with our Catering Partners to ensure they have the key skills needed to provide excellent hospitality experiences to our customers. You'll operate both in the kitchen and front of house to uphold high culinary standards and ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
This is a fast-paced role with diverse daily tasks. Responsibilities include:
* Sharing knowledge and passion by delivering effective training in food preparation to the Catering team.
* Creating a market-leading customer experience while maximizing sales, minimizing wastage, and exceeding service targets.
* Working alongside Catering Partners in the kitchen and front-of-house.
* Delivering the vision of the central hospitality team regarding the menu and presentation standards.
* Managing the end-to-end ordering process and supporting Team Managers with food safety compliance and administrative tasks.
* Demonstrating passion for service and great food, with a desire to learn and develop, acting as a role model.
Essential skills/experience you'll need
* Previous employment in a catering environment.
* Kitchen experience.
* Training or coaching experience.
Desirable skills/experience you may have
* Food Safety Levels 1-3 (training provided).
* Experience in customer-facing selling or service environments.
* Administrative experience.
* Good computer literacy skills.
