As Night Manager, you will ensure the safety and security of guests and staff during the night. You will act as an ambassador for the hotel, delivering first-class service. Your responsibilities include conducting at least two security checks per shift, focusing on fire safety and overall security, performing nightly audits, liaising with the accounts team for accuracy, setting up conference areas, preparing breakfast from 6am, and addressing guest concerns professionally.
Based at the Mercure Glasgow City Hotel, you will join a passionate team that values quality over clocking hours.
What do we need from you?
We seek individuals passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and embodying our brand standards. We prioritize personality and hospitality flair over experience. Experience with Opera Cloud or similar systems, as well as previous night or hotel reception experience, is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
