Based: Bradford (This role is based at Head office, BD11 1DR)
Hours: full time 35 hours/week
Contract: 12-month fixed term, potential to become permanent
Salary: £24,648.00

About The Role
You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to our tenants based at our Bradford Customer Service Contact Centre. This is a generic and rewarding role - and a challenging one. You will be required to take incoming calls from our tenants, diagnose repairs, liaising with contractors, keeping tenants up to date, making outbound call to improve the overall service levels and will be committed to Habintegs inclusive housing mission.
About You
Possess a commitment to delivering customer service excellence and a reputation for ensuring complete customer satisfaction. You will be committed, and enthusiastic, thriving on the challenges of working independently and the responsibility and rewards that brings. You will have some experience and knowledge of housing.
You will be flexible and agile in your approach, being able to adapt your approach to different circumstances and service demands.
