Your new role
Working as part of a team providing support to advisers dealing with all aspects of administration and being a key point of contact for clients. Key responsibilities include preparing documentation for new business, preparing provider illustrations, liaising with product providers and third parties to obtain outstanding information, keeping back office systems up to date, assisting advisers to prepare for client meetings, reviewing meeting notes, dealing with client enquiries and ensuring high standards of client service.
What you'll need to succeed
Essential to have experience of working in financial services administration is essential, ideally gained within an IFA practice and a good understanding of administration processes involved in financial services (life, pensions, investments, mortgages). The role also requires excellentmunication skills, strong attention to detail, and good experience of using systems.
