Overview

Valeo Foods UK is seeking a National Account Executive to join the Commercial team. This role can be based anywhere in the UK, with travel to client sites as needed. You’ll be at the heart of our biggest business unit, supporting the evolution of how we think about products, customers, and consumers. This is an opportunity to influence growth by building new ways of working, strengthening relationships, and driving commercial success.

You’ll work closely with our Senior and National Account Managers to grow and manage key customer relationships. It’s about more than numbers—you’ll help drive our brands forward across both retail and foodservice channels and ensure our products are seen, selected, and loved by more people, in more places.

Your day-to-day will involve collaborating with Marketing and Category teams on channel strategies and working with functions like R&D and Operations to bring products to life. You’ll engage in forecasting, planning, and supporting high-impact campaigns while developing your commercial skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment.


Responsibilities

* Collaborate with Senior and National Account Managers to grow and manage key customer relationships across retail and foodservice channels.
* Partner with Marketing, Category, R&D, and Operations to develop channel strategies and bring products to life.
* Forecast, plan, and support high-impact campaigns to drive commercial results.
* Support the evolution of how products, customers, and consumers are approached to drive brand growth.


Qualifications

* Understands customer needs and links the benefits of the company’s proposal to meet those needs; identifies and qualifies variables for negotiation; adopts a learning approach to development.
* Basic operational understanding of customer, channel, and market.
* Good understanding of key POP initiatives affecting Valeo presence with customers/consumers.
* Delivery of forecasting accuracy within agreed MADB and financial commitments.
* Top-line growth ahead of market, as measured by MS%
* Execution of distribution and display objectives consistent with budget and annual plan.
