Business Process Lead

As S2P Business Process Lead you will have a dual responsibility of managing the process implementation in line with the Workday deployment roadmap while securing adoption and continuous improvement for the end-to-end processes in deployed geographies.
As the S2P Business Process Lead, you are pivotal in optimizing end-to-end processes aligned with our GBPO vision, collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders, and balancing functional needs with broader business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Enable Source to Pay Implementation covering areas like Sourcing, Contract & Vendor Management, Operational Procurement and Accounts Payable
* Act as process expert for S2P, partnering closely with the program teams, various impacted user representatives and stakeholders to define seamlessly integrated and improved end to end processes Ensure end-to-end processes meet business requirements and maximize the value of our WORKDAY solution.
* Deploy and develop solutions across various business entities, prioritizing business requirements in Agile mode.
* Finalize and improve the core-model solution, leveraging industry best practices while keeping our Workday solution standardized.
* Utilize leadership & negotiations skills to secure successful process design and implementation.
* Foster change management and ensure proper adoption of new processes by all impacted Ipsen teams.
Qualifications:
* Master's degree preferred, with at least 5-10 years of relevant multinational company experience.
* Minimum 5 years' experience as an Workday business subject matter expert/process lead.
* Proven track record in process reengineering, fit-gap analysis, and solution provision.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Immediate need - 6 / 12 Month contract - £600 / £650 per day rate.
