Job Description
3. Oversee all accounting operations and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
4. Prepare financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
5. Manage financial reporting processes.
6. Lead and motivate the accounting team to meet company objectives.
7. Implement and manage financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency.
8. Liaise with auditors and manage the audit process.

The Successful Applicant
Financial Accounting Manager will have:
11. A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
12. Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
13. Extensive experience in financial management and accounting
14. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
What's on Offer
15. An annual salary ranging from £60,000 to £75,000, depending on experience.
