•Support administrative teams with a range of tasks, including typing letters, managing student forms, booking auditions, and handling post

•Monitor and authorise student absences via online forms

•Maintain the telephone system and report any issues

•Keep the storage room behind the Information Hub desk tidy and organised

•Assist with general office duties to support the Information Hub Supervisor and wider administrative processes

What You'll Bring:

•A good level of general education, including English and Maths

•Previous experience in a customer service and/or administrative role

•Excellent telephone manner and ability to manage high call volumes

•Strong time-keeping, organisational, and prioritisation skills

•Professional personal presentation and communication skills

•Friendly, empathetic attitude with a proactive approach to student support

•Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

•Computer literacy, accuracy, and attention to detail

•Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure

•Desirable: experience working with diverse clientele, knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with using computer databases
