We're looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our friendly dynamic team at Prodoor. In this central role, you’ll support our customers of all sizes but equal importance with their individual requirements. If you're tech-savvy, proactive, and thrive on helping others, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference while working in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.
Full time Position working 37.5 hours per week across, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
Salary is £30,000 per annum.
Help Prodoor build upon its proven success and fulfil its potential as we deliver and install a wide range of total building and perimeter security systems, from shutter doors and automatic gates to car park barriers and automatic glass doors. Alongside pre- planned maintenance contracts and a prompt repair service to ensure the ongoing integrity of your site security.
Your role at PRODOOR
As a key member within the Prodoor Operations Team, you’ll support day-to-day customer engagement across all our varied duties including.
Respond to customer, telephone and online enquiries, delivering high-quality support in line with SLAs
Maintain accurate customer records within our Online system
Support and process quoted works and associated documentation effectively
Maintain and manage and update customer records accurately
Manage and Maintain asset records accurately
Your profile
Essential:
Experience in a customer service environment, with the ability to understand customer needs and consistently deliver outstanding service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable working with digital tools
A quick learner with an aptitude for picking up new software
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
Well-organised and capable of managing multiple tasks at once
Desirable but not essential:
Knowledge or experience of health and safety in a practical setting
Experience working with online services or digital platforms
