Your Role
As a Panel Beater at our Peterborough site, you’ll be responsible for restoring vehicles to manufacturer standards through expert panel repair and replacement. You’ll work with premium tooling, approved repair methods, and a team that shares your commitment to doing things right the first time.
Key Responsibilities
14. Carry out high-quality panel repairs and structural realignment
15. Replace and fit panels using advanced welding and finishing techniques
16. Accurately assess damage and determine the best repair methods
17. Follow BS10125 safety and repair compliance standards
18. Maintain a safe, clean, and professional working environment
19. Collaborate with workshop colleagues to ensure smooth repair flow
What You’ll Bring
20. Proven experience as a Panel Beater within an accident repair or bodyshop environment
21. Strong capabilities in welding, panel alignment, and metal finishing
22. Excellent attention to detail and pride in your craftsmanship
23. Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
24. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Body Repair (preferred)
