We're not just historic; we're a dynamic destination that has set the stage for major Hollywood film productions, hosted exclusive London Fashion Week events, launched products for exciting global brands, and celebrated everything from high-end weddings and corporate galas to intimate conferences and creative hires.
With our burgeoning Venue Hire business attracting such a diverse and prestigious portfolio, we're looking for a pro-active and customer-focused Event Supervisor to join our dedicated team and make a significant contribution!
About the Role:
As our Event Supervisor, you'll be at the forefront of our diverse events, ensuring seamless execution and first-class customer service. Your key responsibilities will involve:
* Supervising all aspects of event setup, execution, and breakdown with meticulous attention to detail for events, filming, and creative hires.
* Leading, briefing, and motivating event staff (including agency staff for smaller events), ensuring high standards of hospitality and service.
* Managing event logistics, including schedules, staffing, inventory control, equipment setup, and stock reporting.
* Liaising directly with clients, contractors, and internal teams (like chefs) to coordinate details and ensure expectations are exceeded.
* Overseeing Guest Services and Front of House duties, including room setups, waiting tables, and food/beverage service according to briefs.
* Independently supervising events like conferences, weddings, dinner receptions, and filming.
* Upholding health & safety guidelines, prioritising Brothers' safety, and ensuring the venue is impeccably maintained and restored post-event.
* Proactively resolving any issues or client complaints swiftly and effectively.
Who We're Looking For:
* A motivated, enthusiastic, and highly organised individual with a passion for events.
* Someone with exceptional customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* A natural leader who can guide and support a team effectively.
* Pro-active and adept at managing logistics in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in event supervision and front-of-house operations is essential.

* Competitive hourly pay of £17.82 (This rate includes the 12.07% holiday uplift).
* A zero-hour contract offering flexibility (hours will fluctuate month to month based on event bookings).
