Salary and benefits:
£100,000 to £125,000 plus an indicative bonus range of 30% up to 60%, private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, excellent pension, 12x salary life assurance, career breaks, income protection, 3x volunteering days, and much more.

The role
This is a critical partnership role leading the design and delivery of talent and learning solutions, working as part of our Integrated Talent Journey Team to drive the People and Business Strategy. The role provides consultancy, design, and delivery services across the talent and learning lifecycle for functions or business units, utilizing expertise across TA, Talent, Development, Leadership, Learning, OD/OE, Performance, and DEI. You will develop and deliver solutions to address business needs and build diverse, long-term talent pipelines. This role requires strategic and operational capabilities.
