A day in the life of…
As Meeting & Events Coordinator, you will promote and execute all Meetings & Events business within the hotel, acting as an ambassador by being an expert on hotel facilities and advising guests accordingly. You will handle enquiries via phone, email, or face-to-face, ensuring efficient and timely service. Collaboration with your team and the wider hotel staff is essential to follow up on leads and meet departmental and individual KPIs.
Based at the Holiday Inn Stevenage, you will join a passionate team that values quality over clocking hours.
