Night Shift Manager Doncaster Sunday – Thursday | 17:30 – 02:30 £35,(Apply online only) per annum (potential increase dependent on experience) We are recruiting for an experienced and proactive Night Shift Manager to take ownership of our busy night warehouse operation in Doncaster. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys being actively involved on the floor while motivating and supporting their team to deliver high standards of performance, accuracy, and efficiency. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of nightly picking, packing, and dispatch operations, overseeing a small team and leading by example to keep everything moving safely and on schedule. The Role: As Night Shift Manager, you will be responsible for the full supervision of a team of 7 warehouse operatives. You will organise workloads, delegate tasks, and ensure orders are picked, packed, and loaded accurately and on time. This is not a desk-based role – you’ll be expected to work alongside the team when required, supporting daily tasks and maintaining productivity throughout the shift.
