Who are TPS?

TPS is part of the Volkswagen Group, including Audi, SEAT, ŠKODA, Volkswagen passenger cars, and Commercial Vehicles. What will you be doing?
As a Parts Sales Executive, you will work with the Sales Manager to meet sales objectives by:
* Achieving personal KPIs and revenue targets
* Identifying customer needs accurately
* Utilizing product promotions effectively
* Recognizing sales opportunities within the customer base
* Maintaining product knowledge and competitor awareness
* Building strong customer relationships through regular contact
* Providing excellent customer service and expert advice
* Communicating credit status timely
* Supporting the TPS Centre team for excellent service
* Collaborating with the Sales Manager to meet targets
* Handling calls and inquiries efficiently
* Using systems accurately for parts searches and orders
* Completing documentation promptly
* Managing transactions in line with TPS guidelines
What are we looking for?
* A self-starter with a successful sales record in B2B
* Confident communicator experienced in fast-paced or telesales environments
* Passionate about customer service
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A team player with drive to meet targets
* Detail-oriented with accurate record-keeping
* IT literate, preferably with MS Excel skills
