Salary
G10: £47,181 – £50,269 per annum.
Employment
Fixed‑term, part‑time post: 29.6 hours (4 days) per week, 24‑month contract. Public Health Department with an honorary NHS contract.
Role Overview
Newly developed role in collaboration with the National Centre for Creative Health that builds and delivers a creative health system model linking health, social care and cultural sector to enhance neighbourhood‑level care.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop a creative health system model and build relationships with cultural organisations, primary care networks, social prescribers, NHS trusts and council.
* Assess population needs using national evidence and local sources to facilitate evidence‑based creative health interventions.
* Convening and facilitating local creative health networks; organising system‑wide or borough‑level meetings, workshops and communities of practice.
* Ensure creative health supports local neighbourhood priorities such as frailty, mental health and long‑term conditions across the life course.
Qualifications
* Relevant degree in psychology, medicine, nursing or a related field.
* Experience in arts, culture and health or social prescribing.
* Significant experience developing Creative Health, arts for wellbeing, VCSE or community‑based projects.
* Strong organisational, communication and administrative skills; ability to manage multiple demands.
