In return, we’ll give you a competitive hourly pay rate based on equal opportunity and pay structures, plus an extra £2.00 per hour for work during bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for night shifts.

Job Responsibilities
* Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles
* Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks
* Create an environment where your colleagues can succeed alongside you
* Manage operations within your store in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager
* Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to keep shifts running smoothly
* Provide customers with the very best experience every time they visit your store
Qualifications
* Experience leading a team to achieve targets in a bustling, fast-paced environment
* Ability to effectively delegate tasks and motivate your team
* Patience and a friendly manner with the ability to keep calm in any situation
