Job Description:
Senior Quantity Surveyor (MRICS)
Location: Brighton (hybrid working)
Contract: Full-time, permanent
We are working on behalf of a long-standing multidisciplinary consultancy seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) to join their team in Brighton.
This role offers variety and flexibility, suitable for a well-rounded QS capable of supporting the full project lifecycle across different responsibilities.
The role involves traditional Quantity Surveying duties, including measurement, Bills of Quantities, and schedules of work. Dependability and workload management are essential due to the close-knit team environment.
Opportunities to support Contract Administration, Employer’s Agent, and Project Management duties are available, supporting broader QS responsibilities without formal job title changes.
Progression paths include senior leadership roles, such as Head of Quantity Surveying, or focusing on project delivery, depending on your preference. The company supports both career paths.
