The role is based at their head office in Birmingham, hybrid working and paying up to £31,000 bonus. Your new role As a Credit Controller, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the financial health of the business. You’ll be responsible for managing credit queries, chasing overdue debts professionally, and ensuring client-specific service levels are consistently met. You’ll also contribute to system and process improvements, support project work, and maintain accurate sales ledger records.
