This is a great job for someone who wants to lead at scale, protect customers, and shape how Aviva tackles policy fraud across Personal Lines.
A bit about the job
Policy fraud is a growing risk for customers and the insurance industry. This role exists to lead Aviva’s end‑to‑end policy counter‑fraud strategy across our Personal Lines portfolio. You’ll join the Motor leadership team and work closely with colleagues in Underwriting, Pricing, Analytics, Operations and Claims. You’ll lead a large specialist team to prevent fraud, improve performance, and reduce customer harm. You’ll be accountable for delivering around £30m in fraud savings and strengthening Aviva’s position in the UK market.
Skills and experience we’re looking for
* Demonstrable experience leading large, multi‑disciplinary teams through transformation and change
* Deep understanding of the UK general insurance market, particularly Personal Lines
* Proven experience developing, running and improving counter‑fraud or underwriting solutions
* Strong commercial judgement, with the ability to balance operational delivery and long‑term strategy
* Experience building credibility and influencing senior stakeholders across complex organisations
