Are you ready to lead change and make a real impact at our site? As the Maintenance & Engineering Team Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our transformation by bringing a resilient and proactive mindset to every challenge. You’ll be responsible for evaluating key performance indicators within your area, taking strategic actions to elevate the results of the Maintenance & Engineering department.
How You Will Make An Impact
You will add value by acting as a people manager, ensuring both continuity and ongoing improvement of operations. Your focus will be on maintaining safe working conditions and actively contributing to the implementation of LEAN principles, food safety, and quality standards at the site. You will lead second-line fault finding and coordinate resource prioritization in consultation with other functional leads to ensure effective problem resolution. Planning, improving, and executing the maintenance of site equipment according to departmental strategy will be central to your role.
* Ensures that the department complies with Arla Foods’ standards and policies as well as the applicable law.
* Is role model for digital transformation, works with data driven decision making and promotes a digital mindset within the team Contributes to process confirmation to support the APS transformation.
* Completes and updates plant maintenance records complying with all departmental procedures.
* Applies Lean to continually improve operational performance to ensure the department adopts. and genuine continuous improvement mindset.
* Embraces and ensures that Arla Digital WOW is communicated and embedded within the department.
What Will Make You Successful
You should have gained several years of professional experience—typically three to five years for university graduates, and ten or more years for those with a technical education. A solid background in technical education, such as a technical engineering degree or completion of an engineering apprenticeship, is essential. Additionally, you should bring one to three years of technical or maintenance experience following your training, or have completed maintenance training specifically with Arla Foods.
