WWRR encompasses business, product, program, operational, data, and software engineering teams working together to eliminate defects in returns, reinvent the return experience, and manage the lifecycle of returned, overstocked, and damaged products, with the goal of minimizing waste.
A successful candidate will join the Reverse Logistics Services team, responsible for coordinating transportation requirements during the customer return process. We seek a candidate with a proven ability to analyze root causes, influence stakeholders in a diverse environment, and communicate effectively at multiple levels.
This Transportation Specialist will ensure the Transportation Operations Excellence pillars are upheld, demanding high standards and collaborating with stakeholders to provide a consistent and delightful customer experience. The role involves holding partners accountable for meeting metrics and goals to continuously improve performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage partners to meet key metrics such as transit time, losses, and first-day pickup success.
* Follow up with partners on delays impacting customer experience, such as late deliveries of transit time-sensitive shipments.
* Compare third-party carriers across countries and within countries based on customer experience metrics like pickup success.
* Prioritize partners that deliver maximum value to customers.
* Develop mechanisms to monitor load quality and safety across carriers and return centers.
* Manage inventory stock across LFBF partners.
Basic Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Intermediate knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, charts, lookups, nested IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas).
* Experience managing large datasets to drive performance and process improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree.
* Experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, or transportation.
* Management experience.
* Experience with SQL.
