The hourly rate for this role is £12.40 and up to £14.13 across selected locations within London. The hourly rate will increase after 6 months in role.

Overview
You will work onsite and report into the Assistant or Store Manager. Your role could include helping on the tills, advising our customers, or working in our back shop. You will also:
Responsibilities
* Help our customers and put them at ease; listen to find out more about them, answer questions and give great advice on our products, and recommend items they hadn’t considered.
* Promote in-store offers and schemes—provide information to customers to help them make the best choice.
* Help our stores run smoothly by ensuring products are displayed well, providing a great service on tills, and assisting with stock in the stock rooms.
* Work with other team members to provide a great shopping experience and keep the store clean and presentable.
* Receive award-winning training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service.
What you’ll need to have
* Full training is provided for this role; we are looking for people who:
* Excel in a varied environment and work at pace
* Communicate and listen effectively
* Enjoy working as part of a team and promote a collaborative dynamic
* Know that the little things make the biggest difference for customer interactions
* Desire to be a proud brand ambassador for Boots and help customers find the best products for them
It would be great if you also have
* Experience providing customer care and delivering great customer service; this is desirable but not essential
