Performance Analysis Manager - Marketing
Bristol (hybrid, 3 days per week in the office)
We're working in partnership with a well established, innovative financial services firm who are looking to hire a Performance Analysis Manager to help them make smarter marketing and customer decisions using their extensive database and digital resources.
You'll lead a small, high performing team of analysts and strategically influence across the business to improve return on investment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the analysts to provide Marketing and other teams with actionable insights on market and campaign trends (online and offline)
2. Lead, mentor and manage a team of analysts
3. Maintain strong relationships across different business areas and externally to ensure strong reporting and analysis process
4. Own competitor, market and consumer analysis, leveraging advanced modelling to spot trends, anticipate market shifts and provide predictive insights
