We are looking for a Water Helper to join our Swim School team and play an important part in helping young children grow in confidence in the water. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and feels comfortable in a pool environment. Working alongside our Level 2 Swimming Teachers, you will spend time in the water encouraging early swimmers, helping them feel safe, and supporting them as they learn new skills. Your positive attitude and reassurance will make a real difference to their experience.
You will also help with simple day-to-day tasks that keep the Swim School running smoothly, such as setting up for lessons, organising equipment and making sure the pool area looks welcoming for families.
