Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Block Property Manager based in Sheffield with some work-from-home flexibility. The Block Property Manager will be responsible for managing residential and estate properties, coordinating maintenance and repairs, liaising with management company directors, leaseholders, and developers, and ensuring compliance with property regulations. Additional tasks include financial management, addressing inquiries, conducting site inspections, and ensuring properties remain compliant.

* Ensure compliance with property regulations
* Financial management, including budgeting and expense tracking
* Address inquiries from tenants and clients
* Conduct site inspections
* Ensure properties remain compliant
Qualifications
* Experience in property management, specifically in block management is essential
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Financial management skills, including budgeting and expense tracking
* Knowledge of property regulations and compliance requirements
* Ability to conduct site inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs
* Proficiency in property management software and standard office applications
* Managing the Section 20 process
* Experience with residential and commercial lettings is a plus
* A valid driving license is required
* Property Management qualifications, or a related field is preferred
* Manage building safety cases and cladding works
* Experience of high rise buildings is preferred
