We are currently recruiting for a Inspector and Visit Coordinator for a prestigious London based not for profit organisation. This is 13-month maternity contact - with an immediate start required. This role is primarily office based - with 4 days in the office in London and 1 day working from home - working hours: Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 4.30pm with a 30-minute lunch-break. This role is to provide a smooth coordination of project and organisational visits, this includes managing visit locations, supporting Inspectors handling scheduling issues and ensuring visits are completed efficiently and on time. Tracking performance, resoling issues and working closely with the field-based team. Day to day responsibilities: Develop and manage visit allocation plans. Reassign visits as needed based on the Inspectors availability. Support the Inspectors and suppliers with visit logistics and scheduling. Maintain accurate visit and organisation data - using Sales Force. Track visit completion - dealing with any unresolved issues. Provide weekly reports. Review reports Inspectors reports for quality and consistency. Address any discrepancies and issue timely follow-up. Escalate trends or reoccurring issues for the management's attention.
