Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute actively to your sub-team’s sales goals, supporting sales and pre-sales efforts to develop new client opportunities and expand existing accounts.
* Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects, managing third-party resources and ensuring strong commercial agreements.
* Maintain high standards of client satisfaction, actively seeking and using feedback for continuous improvement.
* Conduct market research to stay relevant in your expertise area and contribute to thought leadership supporting marketing and business development.
* Design and deliver engaging presentations and workshops to clients and internal teams.
Minimum Requirements:
* Extensive experience in sectors such as BSFI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance), CPG, Retail, Energy, Utilities.
* Proven success in project and program management, including governance.
* Active interest in career development and supporting junior colleagues.
* Strong quantitative, analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
* Degree, MBA, or structured project management qualification (e.g., Prince2) preferred.
* Fluency in a second European language (advantageous), with German being preferable.
