The Role As theInterim Nursing Home Turnaround Manager, you will work closely with the existing manager to identify areas of concern and implement a clear improvement plan across all aspects of the home.
You will be responsible for: Supporting the existing manager to stabilise the service Leading turnaround activity in a large nursing home Improving clinical governance, compliance, and quality standards Addressing safeguarding, risk, staffing, and operational issues Driving improvements in resident care and staff performance Supporting the service through regulatory challenges Working with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable progress Creating a strong, positive leadership presence within the home What Were Looking For We are keen to speak with candidates who have: RGN or RMN qualification Experience as aNursing Home Manager, Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead A strong track record ofturning around failing or underperforming services Experience working inlarge nursing homes Knowledge ofCQC standards, compliance, and quality improvement Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills The ability to work collaboratively with existing management teams Local knowledge of the Liverpool areaand availability to work on-site Whats on Offer £450 per day Interim assignment with real impact Opportunity to work alongside an existing manager in a supportive turnaround role Future opportunities throughLeaders in Cares interim bank Access tohighly competitive rates on future interim assignments Why Join?
